Prague Gate

Prague Gate is a successful commercial complex developed by MAYFIELD. As soon as the project was completed in 2002 the entire office space in Prague Gate was leased to a single tenant, Česká pojišťovna. Now, after six years, as Česká pojišťovna has decided to move into its own facilities, the Prague Gate building is once again ready to welcome new tenants.

Prague Gate consists of 11 floors and offers almost 13,000 sq. meters of Category A office space. The average rentable area on each floor is 1,190 sq. meters. A large showroom, restaurant and a further 513 square meters of office space are located on the ground-floor. A total of 285 parking places on two floors are available in the underground garage with another 15 reserved places and a large public car park located in front of the building.

 

After being in operation for six-years, Prague Gate is a fully tested building with excellent facilities management. Prior to the re-opening, the refurbishment of all office areas, the main reception common areas and some technical equipment will be carried out so that Prague Gate is ready to meet the highest requirements of its future tenants.
