Standard halls in a non-standard environment of ORANGE PARK

Last year, Kajima company prepared the first hall of ORANGE PARK logistic and industrial park (Mayfield developer) for potential leaseholders. Kajima Europe have built the first building of the largest logistic park in the Czech Republic, which is located near Plzeň in the Nýřany area close to the D5 highway connecting Germany, Plzeň and Prague. The building was designed by Dutch company Tebodin.

 The hall in Orange Park fulfills the quality standards from the technical point of view. However, it will be surrounded by a non-standard environment in the future because Mayfield plans to transform Orange Park into the real park with green vegetation, rest area and all that is usual at such place. Aside from its already intense environment friendly approach, the company also prepares some space for activities during work breaks or after work for local employees.
Skanska company supplied the concrete frame of the hall. The cladding of the building consists of TRIMO panels filled with mineral wool, which has excellent thermal and fireproof qualities. The heat isolation is thicker to comply with ČSN norm. The floor of the hall supplied by HT Floor company complies with the ČSN 744505 norm. The floors by HT Floor fulfill the highest quality standards - they have high resulting strength, resistance to abrasion and flatness complying with 18202. They are not dusty and enable easy cleaning and maintenance as well. The hall includes two office areas ready for immediate occupancy. The door and loading ramps were supplied by Tyros Loading System company, the daughter company of prominent Dutch producer - Loading Systems. The hall is equipped with sprinkler fire protection system, direct gas heating, hot-water heating of the offices, three-phase current, 200lux minimum lighting in the hall and 500lux minimum lighting in the offices. The building also has Telefonica O2 connection enabling phone and data connection of work places according to customer's needs. It is possible to monitor the surrounding space with the internal CCTV system.
