Prague Gate building and its well-known tenants

PRAGUE GATE building in Chodov - Prague has been filling up with new tenants during 2010 and beginning of 2011.  At this moment there is already 7,500 m2 let of total 13,000 m2.

For Prague Gate as a location of their offices decided a number of renowned companies such as Aquamarine SPA,  which has luxurious showroom on the ground floor, or world´s leading producer of gardening and forest equipment - company Husqvarna, and then many IT companies. One of the IT companies is a Czech company Your  System, which provides to customers a full IT environment systems support – ranging from complete IT outsourcing, applications and IT infrastructure support (eg. LAN/WAN networks), and also equipment servicing.  Other tenants, who decided for Prague Gate during 2010 are following companies:  KaVo CZ – the dental technologies producer  AspectWorks – the software development company, providing outsourcing of IT services, software quality control, process analysis services and organizing special trainings Black and Decker – the world’s largest producer of power tools and accessories Columbia Sportswear  - the sportswear and footwear producer  Villeroy & Boch - the ceramics producer and distributor of bathroom & wellness and tableware Cleverbee – the distributor and developer of complex IT solutions   Inservis MVC – the global insurance services provider ENERN – the investment company. 

  Mayfield´s director Mr. Mark Oram comments the process of letting Prague Gate during the property market crisis as follows:  „The tenant´s interest in the office space at Prague Gate continues also in 2013 and Mayfield is very pleased, that is able to attract further new tenants, which decide to choose Prague Gate as their new offices. For example a major tenant became a Czech company EMCO, the renowned cereals producer and distributor of international brands such as Bahlsen, Katjes or Panzani.“ Offices at Prague Gate were also recently selected by the importer of MAZDA cars - company  Mazda Motors Czech Republic.
