PRAGUE GATE - WE HAVE BLOSSOMED
Prague Gate, a Mayfield company building, which is available in the Prague real estate market again after five years, has blossomed with yellow cover. It thus attracts not only the citizens of Prague but also the potential leaseholders. The whole office building is covered with yellow leaves and blossoms printed on special film supplied by 3M company. The technology of perforated graphic window film is used on 2400 m2. The project was implemented by MEZANIN company.
Jan Březina, MAYFIELD Asset manager, says: "The novel decoration in the shape of blossom flower signifies the fact that the building is practice-proven, fine-tuned and functions without problems. We have chosen this both conservative and original whole-area paste on graphic with regard to the serious image of the building. It also supports successful design of this high-rise building. The positive reaction from both the public and the employees of the local municipal institutions proves that it is a success."
The original graphic solution reflecting the innovative approach both in design and in architecture was created by Graffitti Networks. It is printed on special perforated window film Scotchcal 8173 from 3M company. Twenty two rolls of this material (1350 m2 of film) were needed to cover the building. The realization took two months, and was preceded by half year preparations. Hundreds of thousands of people have already seen the unusual graphics. Prague Gate as one of the dominants of Prague 4 is near D1 highway with 100.000 cars driving by daily.
The building providing one of the most beautiful views of Prague offers clients more than 12.000 m2 space in the type A offices and sufficient parking space in two underground floors and also at the ground parking space. All areas in the building are well handled from the technical point of view. They also comply with the highest technological standards for office buildings due to the quality work and flawless facility management by Pro-Ark company.
